Problems with the 1803 update on Windows 10
The 1803 update on Windows 10 been causing a few instances of PCs locking up, Black screens, update failing to finish installing etc etc.
One of the PCs I was working with, I could get into Win10 OK but the 1803 update refused to install. In the end I reset the PC and selected option to keep files and folders. Note that this removes all applications or software installs. So make sure you got your reinstall media.
The update still wouldn't install so had to download from Microsoft and install it manually. After that and a few updates further all working OK.
To get Win 10 into safe mode or at step 4 select reset PC and reinstall windows
1) Ensure your PC is off.
2) Press the power button to turn on your PC, then hold the power button down until PC shuts down automatically (about 5 seconds) . Repeat this more than 2 times until you see the Preparing Automatic Repair (see below screenshot).
Note: This step is aim to bring up Preparing Automatic Repair screen. When Windows doesn’t boot properly, this screen pops up and Windows attempts to fix the problem by itself. If you’ve seen this screen at the first time when you power up the computer, skip this step.
Then wait for Windows to diagnose your PC.
2) Click Advanced options, then the system will bring up the Windows RE (Recovery environment.) screen.
3) On the Windows RE (Recovery environment) screen, click Troubleshoot.
4) On the Troubleshoot screen, click Advanced options. (Or at this point you can choose to reset PC and keep or remove files. This option reinstalls windows)
5) Click Startup Settings to continue.
6) Click Restart. The computer restarts and another screen opens showing a list of different startup options.
7) On your keyboard, press the 4 number key to enter Safe Mode without network. (If you need to do some online research after boot into the safe mode, press the 5 number key to enter Safe Mode with network access.)

Was Novichok agent patented as a chemical weapon in 2015 in the US and produced in that country?
Obviously Russia, like the UK and US has its own agenda in this so putting all else aside, are the claims below true?
- Was the Novichok agent patented as a chemical weapon in 2015 in the US?
- Was Novichok produced in the US.
"On April 18, Moscow disclosed that it has handed over to the OPCW alleged proof that the Novichok agent purportedly used in the Salisbury attack actually happens to be patented as a chemical weapon in 2015 in the US and produced in that country."
In answer to question one above a patent was certainly submitted for an inhaler and delivery system of powder to counter the effects of many differing chemical weapons and Novichok is mentioned.
US20130213397A1 is for "Inhaler to deliver substances for prophylaxis or prevention of disease or injury caused by the inhalation of biological or chemical agent"
US20130340754A1 is for "Powder dispersion devices and method"again an inhaler.
US20150246189A9 was abandoned
There are no applications that I can find relating to patenting Novichok as a chemical weapon.
There are other mentions of Novichok but mainly relate to nerve agent antidotes.
There is a patent relating to Longitudinally sectioned firearms projectiles which mentions that Novichok can be used in that weapon. The patent was filed in May 2012. Unfortunately this begs another question...
- Why would a patent for a firearms projectile in the US, filed in 2012, mention that Novichok can be used in the projectile. We are told by both the US and UK that Novichok wasn't made anywhere else but Russia? But thats another question.
Certainly the reports being banded about by various non-mainstream media appear to be nothing but Mis-information. Novichock wasnt patented as a weapon in the US as is being claimed in certain media.
Have been unable to find any information relating to Nivichoch being made in the US.

May’s Husband’s Capital Group Is Largest Shareholder in BAE, Shares Soar Since Syrian Airstrikes
So is the Meme correct?
FACTS
- Capital Group is the largest share holder in BAE
- Phillip May works for Capital Group
- Storm Shadow missiles cost around £750,000 each
- Apparently 8 Storm shadow missiles were fired by the UK
- 8 x £750,000 = £6,000,000
"The British jets fired a total of eight Storm Shadow missiles, Pentagon officials said."
"The missiles, produced by UK arms manufacturer BAE Systems, cost £790,000 each, coming to a total of £6.32 million. 900 of the missiles were purchased in 1997."
Its worth noting that the missiles are currently subject to a refurbishment project.
QUESTIONS I have to ask are...
- May authorised an attack against another country that was no threat to the UK without going through Parliament. Why?
- She could have done it knowing the share price would rise?
- Did May discuss or mention the scheduled attack with husband?
- If she did, did Husband have the opportunity to mention that to others in his company?
- Were there any large share dealings prior to attack?
- Were there any large share sales after the price rise?

What actually happened in Douma
The information and misinformation continues and the truth becomes forever veiled under the lies being told by the major players.
What is the truth? We will probably never know, however its easier to accept that a respected investigative journalist like Robert Fisk, who is actually on the ground in Douma, might be able to shed some light on what might have happened.
You can read his report here
"How could it be that Douma refugees who had reached camps in Turkey were already describing a gas attack which no-one in Douma today seemed to recall?"

Tear Gas is a Chemical Weapon, ain't that Ironic
Whether this meme depicts a US warship or even US protesters is irrelevant. The message and irony were obvious.
However some were out claiming that Pepper spray or CS gas is not a chemical weapon.
Well sorry to disappoint you folks but they are chemical weapons and they are banned for use in warfare under article 1.5 of the Chemical Weapons Convention.
But there are no restrictions to their domestic use as a “riot control agent.”
That's whats Ironic
Pepper spray is banned for use in war by Article I.5 of the Chemical Weapons Convention, which bans the use of all riot control agents in warfare whether lethal or less-than-lethal.
Article I. General Obligations
1. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes never under any circumstances:
(a) To develop, produce, otherwise acquire, stockpile or retain chemical weapons, or transfer, directly or indirectly, chemical weapons to anyone;
(b) To use chemical weapons;
(c) To engage in any military preparations to use chemical weapons;
(d) To assist, encourage or induce, in any way, anyone to engage in any activity prohibited to a State Party under this Convention.
2. Each State Party undertakes to destroy chemical weapons it owns or possesses, or that are located in any place under its jurisdiction or control, in accordance with the provisions of this Convention.
3. Each State Party undertakes to destroy all chemical weapons it abandoned on the territory of another State Party, in accordance with the provisions of this Convention.
4. Each State Party undertakes to destroy any chemical weapons production facilities it owns or possesses, or that are located in any place under its jurisdiction or control, in accordance with the provisions of this Convention.
5. Each State Party undertakes not to use riot control agents as a method of warfare.
Riot control agents including tear gas and pepper spray are banned in international warfare under both the 1925 Geneva Protocol and the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC). The CWC defines chemical weapons as “munitions and devices that are designed to cause death or other harm through toxic chemicals” that lead to “death, temporary incapacitation or permanent harm to humans or animals.” While tear gas and pepper spray, under international law, are banned as a “method of warfare”, there are no restrictions to their domestic use as a “riot control agent.” According to the CWC, “riot control agents” are any chemicals which are not specifically listed in their list of prohibited chemicals and that can cause in humans rapid “sensory irritation or disabling physical effects which disappear within a short time following termination of exposure.” Under Article II Section 9 of the CWC, the use of such chemicals for “law enforcement including domestic riot control purposes” is not prohibited under the Convention.

Abrey Bailey we salute you
Well this is class, don't know who Aubrey Bailey is but they certainly have a handle on the Middle East.
“Are you confused by what is going on in the Middle-East? Let me explain. We support the Iraqi government in its fight against Islamic State (IS/ISIL/ISIS). We don’t like IS but IS is supported by Saudi Arabia whom we do like. We don’t like President Assad in Syria. We support the fight against him, but not IS, which is also fighting against him.
“We don’t like Iran, but the Iranian government supports the Iraqi gov’t against IS. So, some of our friends support our enemies and some of our enemies are our friends, and some of our enemies are fighting our other enemies, whom we don’t want to lose, but we don’t our enemies who are fighting our enemies to win.
“If the people we want to defeat are defeated, they might be replaced by people we like even less. And, all this was started by us invading a country to drive out terrorists who weren’t actually there until we went in to drive them out – do you understand now?”

National Assessment document on Chemical attack of 7 April 2018
Ok well this is the 1st official document that Ive found
If you can call it official.
National Assessment document on Chemical attack of 7 April 2018 (Douma, Eastern Ghouta, Syria) and Syria’s clandestine chemical weapons programme - 14.04.2018
Again there are no definite's in this document with a range of comments like...
Maybe definite's are not available in this time of technology, I don't know. Be nice if there is a possibility of starting WW3, that there were a few definite's, before doing so.
If you can call it official.
National Assessment document on Chemical attack of 7 April 2018 (Douma, Eastern Ghouta, Syria) and Syria’s clandestine chemical weapons programme - 14.04.2018
"Several lethal chemical attacks took place in the town of Douma in the late afternoon of saturday, 7 April 2018, and we assess with a high degree of confidence that they were carried out by the Syrian regime."
Again there are no definite's in this document with a range of comments like...
"We asses with a high degree of confidence"
"Sufficient to attribute responsibility"
But the limited evidence is there, in the document so i suggest you read it.
Document was released after the UK, US and France airstrikes.
Suspected use of chemical weapons in Douma
"Time and again at a press conference at Downing Street this morning the prime minister spelled out the strikes that took place overnight were limited, targeted and a response to the suspected use of chemical weapons in Douma"
Why do we think we have the right to police other countries that are not threatening us?
Trump and May were very quick to respond launching attacks before inspectors had visited. Why?
Hundreds of atrocities happen all over the world and we do nothing, why?
Strange that this has happened, so close to the Chemical attack in Salisbury, allegedly by Russia. No proof has yet been released.
Lets just hope that they are right because if the Rebels managed to somehow release chemical weapons and make it look like Assad then they achieved their goal.
Or did the US, UK and France want a reason to attack?

Syrian Chemical attack
- Similar to the Salisbury chemical attack; Where no proof has been made public that confirms Russia did it. (Just that they had the capability and the inclination)
- In Syria we have no proof that Assad did it? (Just the capability and the inclination)
- Both Assad and Rebels have chemical weapons. (Possibility and probability exist on both sides)
- So the possible scenarios are
- Assad forces did carry out the attack.
- Assad forces hit a Chemical weapons dump held by rebels.
- Rebels carried out the attack to get support from west as they are losing.
- US/UK covert forces carried out/enable the attack to pave the way for attacks in Syria.
- There maybe other scenarios that ive not thought of.
- Lets go to proof
- All ive seen is comments like "highly likely", "all the indications are that" this is not evidence of proof when there are other possibility's that exist.
- Trump said "We have irrefutable evidence" but then didn't say what that evidence was.
- Lets look at reasons for carrying out such an attack
- Assad
- Hes possibly a physco its about the only reason for
- or maybe he thought it would scare the rebels out
- or maybe he thought it would scare the people out
- Assad is winning in Syria, the town involved is the last stronghold of the Rebels, why risk international condemnation?
- Rebels
- They are losing, enabling by whatever means, the release of chemical agent gets them World Wide support.
- US/UK
- Its well known they wanted Assad gone.
- Assad is backed by Russia, Russia has a Mediterranean military base.
- Im sure the US would like Russia out of its Mediterranean military base.
Just as in Iraq where we now have various UK and US oil company's running the oil. We now have gas muddying the waters in Syria. Or is that just a nice by product of a much bigger picture?
"Ministers said it was "highly likely" the Assad regime was responsible for a suspected chemical attack"
"Mrs May has said "all the indications" are that the Syrian regime of president Bashar al-Assad, which denies mounting a chemical attack, was responsible for the alleged attack in the formerly rebel-held town of Douma."
"Evidence is still being gathered, but US officials are understood to have results from blood and urine samples that indicate chlorine and a nerve agent were used in the Syrian town of Douma.
But they privately admit they can't be 100% sure."
Is "Cant be 100% sure" good enough?
Is "highly likely" good enough?
Is "all the indications" good enough?
To those that would say we cant possibly let the killing of innocent people go unchecked. There were between 500,000 and 1 million killed in the Rwandan genocide and the UK and the US didn't bat an eyelid.
"During these events and in the aftermath, the United Nations (UN) and countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Belgium were criticized for their inaction and failure to strengthen the force and mandate of the UN Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR) peacekeepers. Other observers criticized the government of France for alleged support of the Hutu government after the genocide had begun."

Has austerity caused the rise in murders in London
"Austerity is contributing to a spate of youth murders on the streets of London, as poverty-stricken households and “decimated” youth services push young people into a cycle of violence, practitioners have warned." Apr 2018
“People don’t realise how much the youth sector has been decimated. The youth and community sector has been cut to shreds. Since the recession, we’ve had cuts year on year. Now we rely on competing for funding bids. It’s really hit this year, we’re at crisis point.” Apr 2018
"Years of budget cuts partly to blame, says police force, as recorded crime increased in virtually every category in 2016-17" Apr 2017
“If there are fewer police on the streets or able to respond to crime then people are less likely to be deterred from criminal acts. This is also linked to financial hardship. We have people now using food banks so it should come as no surprise the people in difficult circumstances resort to shoplifting.” May 2017
"Since 2010, front line public services have experienced £18 billion worth of spending cuts. Youth services, social care, early intervention, and housing services have been particularly affected. The policy of austerity has had an especially large impact on those young people most affected by knife and gun violence. They no longer have access to the Educational Maintenance Allowance, Connexions Careers Service or housing benefits, and youth support services have been decimated." Feb 2018
"Due to spending cuts there has been less policing, community centres are closing. There's been not money directed at the third sector for a while and with all these cuts and reductions we've got more young people falling out on to the streets." April 2018

Boris Johnson should resign
Is it possible for this government to make an even bigger mess of this nerve agent issue.
Totally inept.
Johnson should resign he's making the UK a laughing stock. Give the Russians some more ammunition... come on Bojo you absolute idiot.

The nerve agent is “of a type developed by Russia”.
But no one has actually confirmed it was actually made in Russia?”
Timeline of events
- Yulia Skripal flew into London's Heathrow Airport on a flight from Russia at about 14:40 GMT on 3 March
- On 4 March, at about 09:15 GMT, Mr Skripal's car was seen in Salisbury in the area of London Road, Churchill Way North and Wilton Road
- At 13:30 GMT his car was seen driving down Devizes Road, towards the town centre
- Mr Skripal and his daughter arrived at the Sainsbury's upper level car park at the Maltings shopping precinct at 13:40 GMT
- Police said the pair went to The Mill pub before going to Zizzi restaurant at 14:20 GMT, staying until 15:35 GMT
- At 16:15 GMT emergency services received the first report of an incident.
- Police found the pair on a bench outside Zizzi in an "extremely serious condition"
- A police officer who fell ill after attending the incident - Det Sgt Nick Bailey - was treated in hospital but discharged on 22 March
- 48 people were assessed in hospital in relation to the incident
- Only Mr Skripal and his daughter Yulia remain in hospital
- Investigators have identified 131 people who have potentially been in contact with the nerve agent. None has shown symptoms
Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said Russian President Vladimir Putin was "overwhelmingly likely" to have ordered the attack.
He also said the UK government had evidence Russia had been stockpiling the nerve agent used in the attack over the last 10 years and had investigated ways of delivering such weapons for assassination.
OK two points regarding the above.
- "Overwhelmingly likely" is not irrefutable evidence.
- If the "UK Government had evidence that Russia had been stockpiling the nerve agent used in the attack over the last 10 years" why hadn't the UK government reported it to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
“The same people who assured you Saddam Hussein had WMDs now assure you Russian ‘novichok’ nerve agents are being wielded by Vladimir Putin to attack people on British soil.”
Aitkenhead said the government had reached its conclusion that Russia was responsible for the Salisbury attack by combining the laboratory’s scientific findings with information from other sources.
The UK government moved quickly to make it clear that the prime minister, Theresa May, had always been clear the assessment from Porton Down was “only one part of the intelligence picture”. The comments came hours before an extraordinary meeting in The Hague of the executive council of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), called by Russia.
However, two weeks ago Boris Johnson was asked by an interviewer on Deutsche Welle, Germany’s public international broadcaster, how the UK had been able to find out the novichok originated from Russia so quickly.
He replied: “When I look at the evidence, the people from Porton Down, the laboratory, they were absolutely categorical. I asked the guy myself, I said: ‘Are you sure?’ And he said: ‘There’s no doubt.’ So we have very little alternative but to take the action that we have taken.”
Here's a question...
We are led to believe the highest concentration of the Nerve Agent was on his door. The police went straight to his house the same day. It was four days later they turned up with protective suits. How come the police that entered the house, unprotected, through the door that we are told had the most contamination on it are not all in hospital?
In 2010 on a TV interview Putin said this
“Traitors will kick the bucket, believe me. Those other folks betrayed their friends, their brother in arms,” Mr Putin said.
“Whatever they got in exchange for it, those 30 pieces of silver they were given, they will choke on them.”
An interesting twist if true ...
Julia Davis@JuliaDavisNews#Russia's state TV reports that an unnamed high-level White House source quietly told the Russians that the number of Russian diplomats in the U.S. is not being cut (they can send 60 other diplomats to replace the ones being expelled). They quote the source: "The doors are open."
10:08 PM - Mar 29, 2018
Unfortunately we will never know now... even if there was proof that it wasn't Russia. Do we really think that all the countries who have accused Russia will climb down and apologise. Nyet... that's why it was dangerous to claim that it was Russia when they havnt got conclusive proof. Once they had that, it would be fair game... Russia couldn't deny it and the world wouldn't be dealing with the onset of a new cold war.
I mean lets face it with Russia's history it probably was them, but I feel its a bit gun ho to go off making accusations without irrefutable evidence. In this area Corbyn has proved to be the sensible one yet again. Maintaining that we should not rush ahead of the available evidence.
If it was Russia then no one wants to see them get away with it again, if indeed they have in the past. Again no irrefutable evidence has been put forward.
But also we shouldn't be too quick to rush into a new cold war based on a mistake and politicians have made a few of those in the past.
