Apart from this... it really winds me up that people litter the contyryside with poo bags. Why?? because your too damm selfish to carry it to a bin.
Better to leave it unbagged if you really cant be bothered and if you cant be bothered why have you got a dog in the 1st place?

Lets put it this way if you knew that if you left your poo bag on the floor it would end up smeared all over your car, would you still leave it on the floor?
